Speed and Agility Are the Foundation For Your Kids' Sports
Give your kid the edge they need to excel in any sport. Our 8-week Summer Speed & Agility Program is designed to build the foundational movement skills that fuel performance across track, football, soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, and more.
Sprinting Is a Skill -- We Teach It
Speed isn’t just natural—it’s trainable. At Track State, we coach kids to improve their sprinting through smart technique, constant feedback, and personalized guidance.
Our program is focused on progress and development. We observe each athlete closely, communicate clearly, and offer ongoing, personalized cues that help them understand how to move more efficiently and explosively.
With consistent attention to form, posture, and technique, our young athletes start to run smarter, not just harder—Because when you focus on the "how", the "fast" follows.

Meet Coach Sandy
Hi! Welcome to our Summer Program. We are eager to provide your kids with the tools they need to improve their speed, confidence and agility not just on the track, but at any sport.
I am passionate about track and speed work and love teaching young athletes tricks for running faster! The track is my happy place! Nothing compares to being on the track with my kids!
I have been doing track since I was 10 years old. I am originally from Peru and came to the U.S on a track and field scholarship as a D1 sprinter to run for the Aggies at Utah State. I now represent team USA in international Master's level competitions. Some of my proudest accolades include:
- Master's Track and Field World Champion (4x200 Relay) and World Record - 2025
- 200 meter Silver Medalist at the Masters' Track and Field World Championships - 2025
- Former Peruvian National Record (Peru- 400 meters) - 1998
- South American Champion 100 meters - 1996
- South American Champion 200 meters - 1996
I have more than 5 years of experience coaching young athletes and can't wait to make a difference in your kids' sprinting abilities.
"Coaching is more than just making kids run. It's about understanding how each athlete moves, so we can provide the right cues to unlock their full potential"
- Coach Sandy

- Speed coach to NFL athletes (including Demaryius Thomas & Bennie Fowler) and top-tier youth and collegiate multi-sport athletes.
- Coach to National and World Champion master's athletes in sprint events.
I am known for my technical, speed-based approach to training that emphasizes personalized movement patterns and position awareness for all levels—from beginners to NCAA champions. Hope to see you and your kids soon on the track!
"No two athletes are the same—so our coaching isn’t either. Every kid deserves personalized, effective guidance to help them move better, faster, and more confidently."
